Terracina was born from a single conviction — that the finest Italian table deserves the most extraordinary setting in the world. Founded in 2004 by Chef Marco Santini, a native of Lazio and alumnus of the Culinary Institute of Rome, the restaurant found its home in the heart of Seminyak, Bali. From the beginning, the vision was clear: to honour the depth and integrity of Italian-Mediterranean cuisine without compromise, in a dining room that felt like the most beautiful room you had ever been invited into.
Two decades on, Terracina remains Bali’s most celebrated fine dining address. Our sourcing is obsessive — handmade pasta dried on the premises each morning, seafood chosen at the docks before sunrise, truffles flown in from Périgord and Umbria. But beyond the ingredients, it is the spirit of Italian hospitality — generous, unhurried, deeply personal — that defines every evening at Terracina.
